Don't take it too seriously. Don't expect too much. Expectations are the fastest way to disappointment.
Don't overthink. An overthinking mind gets stuck in an infinite loop: rewriting the post you never publish, rehearsing the conversation you never have, polishing the side project you never ship, waiting for the right moment that never comes.
Do your thing. Don't overcommit - and if you do, say so. Communicate. It's fine. Nobody remembers the delay, everybody remembers the silence.
Be true to yourself. And enjoy the game.
